Aimee’s Spell. Play. Code. is an annual educational competition organized by Aimee’s LEARN CIC. This initiative aims to inspire and challenge children aged 6–13 to develop their cognitive, creative, and technical skills in a fun and competitive environment. The 2025 edition will be replicated in both Nigeria and the UK.

The event features three key categories:

Spelling Bee – Encouraging language proficiency, vocabulary building, and confidence.

Board Games Competition – Developing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills through Chess, Scrabble, and Monopoly.

Techathon (Coding Competition) – Introducing kids to programming concepts and fostering innovation and digital literacy.

By blending education and recreation, Aimee’s LEARN’s Spell. Play. Code. creates a platform where children can excel academically, socially, and technically. This event evolved from the Annual Spelling Bee and Board Games Competition, a project we have successfully hosted since 2018 under another organization. Over the years, we have inspired hundreds of children, nurturing their linguistic, cognitive, and strategic skills. With the inclusion of the Techathon, we aim to broaden our impact by equipping participants with the digital skills essential for the future. Aligned with UN SDG #4 (Quality Education), this initiative empowers children in both Nigeria and the UK, celebrating their creativity, diversity, and potential while fostering connections across communities.

Through the support of sponsors and community partners, Aimee’s Spell. Play. Code. provides a transformative experience, offering participants scholarships, cash prizes, tech gadgets, and other exciting rewards. Join us in shaping the next generation of thinkers, creators, and innovators!
